Kleinburgh Hills: where art and nature connect
Aspen Ridge Homes and CountryWide Homes have chosen a picturesque village for their latest community, Kleinburgh Hills, which just had a successful launch.
Located in the Village of Kleinburg in Vaughan with its lush landscapes and a relaxed sophisticated rural feel, this upscale community is designed to preserve and enhance the environment. Exploring the Kortright Centre for Conservation and the Boyd Conservation Area are just two ways you can enjoy the outdoors when you live at Kleinburg Hills. Your home will be surrounded by nature and art.
Kleinburg is known for The McMichael Canadian Art Collection, home to one of Canada's most famous collections, the works of the Group of Seven painters. Art classes for all ages, lectures and special events are available at The McMichael to inspire you.
There's more to this pretty village than art: plenty of amenities are close to Kleinburg Hills, which is near Highways 27 and Major Mackenzie Drive: Board of Trade Country Club, golf clubs, hiking trails, bike trails, tennis courts, soccer fields, a recreation centre, places of worship, financial institutions, public transit, commercial areas, gift shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. A school and adjacent park are planned for this community.
Both builders understand that you want to live in an attractive community that ref lects this natural and artistic setting, that's why depending on the plan, exteriors may have: stone and stucco accents, columns, keystones, precast surrounds, bay windows, vertical horizontal board and batten-like trim, dormers, arches, double-door entries, different types of balconies, cedar shake-like trim, shutters, transoms, decorative windows, porticos, and doubleheight windows, decorative columns, boxed windows, turrets, front and rear porches, twocar garages (some three-car tandem garages), optional side entries and service stairs.
Inside, both builders have created elegant designs. The range of interior appointments available includes, half-walls, laundry/mudrooms, separate living and dining rooms, furniture niches, gas fireplaces, serveries (with optional wet bar), centre kitchen islands, breakfast bars, kitchen desks, main or second floor dens, libraries, french doors, open-toabove areas, art niches, decorative columns, coffered ceilings, pantries, lofts, semi-circular staircases, lavish master bedrooms, master en suites, secondary bedrooms with their own en suites, twin bathrooms, double-sink vanities, and some secondar y bedrooms have walk-in closets, plus several options depending on the plan.
Aspen Ridge has designed a great collection of four-bedroom, fully-detached, estate homes on 50-foot lots that range in size from 2,801-sq.-ft. to 3,220-sq.-ft. A bungalow with or without a loft is available as are three and five-bedroom alternative plans. Some models are named in honour of the Group of Seven painters: Franklin Carmichael, Arthur Lismer, and A.J. Casson.
All homes in Aspen Ridge's collection will feature 9-foot main f loor ceilings, oversized trim, natural finish oak veneer stairs, choice of R5 iron or natural finish oak 1 3/4-inch pickets and handrails, 800 series interior doors, imported ceramic tile in the foyers, kitchens, bathrooms and main-floor laundry rooms.
The CountryWide collection is just as luxurious. Homes on 40-foot and 50-foot lots range in size from 2,330 sq.-ft. to 4,052-sq.- ft. All of the models are named after the Group of Seven artists and a contemporary.
All of the homes in the CountryWide collection have 10-foot main-floor ceilings, imported ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, bathrooms, and main or second floor laundry room, copper accent roofs, ENERGY STAR® features, oversized trim, oak staircase and hardwood floors, choice of oak or maple cabinets, in the kitchen with extended height uppers and matching crown mouldings, and granite counter tops.
Both builders are including an amazing Sub-Zero/Wolf appliance bonus package with every home, including a 36-inch stainless steel refrigerator, a six-burner gas range, a stainless steel dishwasher, choice of stainless steel exhaust hood or hood liner, and 12 months of free services from Rogers.
