We especially would like to acknowledge the remarkable work of the site manager, Alberto Paredes, for his professionalism, warmth and unfailing patience. Besides, he is skillful, knowledgeable, warm and approachable. His service is excellent, he always responded to our calls promptly and patiently explained to us how he would solve our problems and most importantly he delivered what he had promised. We are very pleased and impressed with Alberto. Ashley, the customer service coordinator, is also very helpful too.
